St John’s Road, Isleworth

Forming part of a wider land assembly, 3-5 St John’s Road fronts the main street and is the first phase to come forward. The relocation of the existing cycle store to the high street enabled the development to come forward ahead of the light industrial estate to the rear.

Designed to present a predominantly 3 storey building to the road the third and fourth floors respond to the redevelopment of the adjacent office building that, once complete, will be of a similar height and scale to this proposal.

The proposal includes the replacement of the existing retail space with 2 commercial units, 125sqm and 65sqm, located at ground. Two ADM4(3) dwellings are also located at ground floor forming part of the 100% affordable development. In total there are 31 London Living Rent flats.
