Congratulations Charlotte!

Congratulations to Charlotte, recently promoted to Associate Architect! Charlotte has been at RT since 2020, and plays a vital role in the residential team delivering housing projects at various scales and design stages, with a strong focus on their impact on the surrounding community. Known for her exceptional attention to detail, she combines strong design skills with technical expertise in Revit and sustainable design, using hand sketching to effectively communicate ideas to clients and the wider team.

Charlotte completed her Part III qualification with Distinction in 2021 and has six years of experience working in London across a range of residential projects. In 2025 she became a certified Passivhaus Designer, further strengthening her expertise in sustainable design.
