Ground breaking at the Oval

Work has now begun on the first phase of the redevelopment, delivered in partnership with Bugler Developments. This phase includes Brent Court, a council-led scheme providing 91 affordable, independent living homes.

The development will also deliver a new church, a community building, and new play spaces, helping to create a thriving and inclusive community hub.
