Worthing College, Worthing

This scheme for the re-development of Worthing College was for the construction of new college buildings, a nursery and related sports facilities on the site.

The strategy was for a partial cross-subsidy of the college building programme with a land receipt from residential sales on part of the existing site.

Phase 1 would see the construction of the state-of-the-art, 12,000m² college, establishing a public and civic presence in the area.  

Phase 2 would see the construction of 102 one and two bedroom flats and 22 three and four bedroom courtyard houses arranged in terraces.
