Identified as surplus to requirement by Hertfordshire County Council, this former school site forms part of the County’s drive to deliver more new homes as part of their joint venture with Morgan Sindall Investments - Chalkdene Developments Limited.

This residential development of 45 new homes is split across two blocks of flats and 18 two and three bedroom houses, to provide homes for private sale and general needs affordable rent managed by Hightown Housing Association.

Started in early 2023 the project is due to complete in the spring of 2024.
