Steve has worked in the residential sector for over 25 years, delivering schemes ranging from single dwelling refurbishments to new large-scale mixed-use projects comprising several hundred homes. He has extensive experience in the delivery of mixed tenure housing and has led residential developments across much of the country working with a variety of clients, contractors, developers and community groups. Steve leads our residential sector alongside Phil Rogers.
Steve’s expertise covers a broad range of activities from team assembly and bid support, through design, planning and delivery to cyclical maintenance and re-investment strategies. He also has experience in the care sector through his role as chair of a charity providing residential and short breaks services for children and adults with learning disabilities.
