Rock Townsend is leading a multi-disciplinary team comprising engineers, quantity surveyors and landscape designers on the conversion of two obsolete 1960s office blocks into new, mixed tenure apartments.

The project is a Redbridge Living development on behalf of the Council to deliver new affordable, private rent and private sale homes within Ilford. This development also seeks to contribute to the town centre regeneration and to provide the Council with a surplus or profit for reinvestment elsewhere in the borough.

The two buildings occupy sites opposite each other on Clements Road as part of a ‘terraced’ street scene.
